Exodus 20:12

THOU SHALT NOT KILL.

Matt. 22:39; Mark 12:31

You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Matt. 5:19-24

You have heard that it was said by them of old time, You shall not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment. I say unto you, he who is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment; and he who shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council. But he who shall say, You fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar and remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift before the altar and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother and then come and offer your gift.

Matt. 6:14,15

For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you; but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Matt. 7:1,2

Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not and you shall not be condemned

Luke. 6:37

Forgive and you shall be forgiven. … For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged; and with the same measure … you mete … it shall be measured to you …

Matt.15:19; Mark 7:21

… out of the heart of men proceed evil thoughts, murder … All these things come from within the defiled man, ….

Matt. 18:15

… If your brother shall trespass against you, tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he shall hear you, you have gained your brother.

This command offers a blessing which is often overlooked.

Matt. 18:23-33

… a certain king … would take account of his servants. …, one was brought which owed him ten thousand talents. But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife and children …; and payment to be made. The servant … fell down and worshipped him …, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay all. The lord … was moved with compassion … and forgave him the debt. But the … servant went out and found one of his fellow servants which owed him a hundred pence. And he … took him by the throat saying, Pay me what you owe. And his fellow servant fell down at his feet and besought him saying, Have patience with me and I will pay all. … he would not, but … cast him into prison till he should pay the debt. So when his fellow servants saw what was done, they … came and told … Then his lord, …, said unto him, O you wicked servant, I forgave you all that debt because you desired it of me. Should you not have had compassion on your fellow servant, even as I had pity on you? And his lord was wroth and delivered him to the tormentors till he should pay all that was due unto him. So … shall my heavenly Father do … unto you if you from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

Is forgiving the opposite of killing?

Matt. 19:18; Mark 17:19; Luke 18:20

You shall not kill.

Luke 17:3,4

If your brother trespass against you, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day say, I repent; you shall forgive him. …

Mark 11:25,26

And when you pray, forgive, if you have anything against someone, that your Father which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

Loving one's neighbor as himself will enable one to refrain from killing.
