New Testament prophesy- from the Words of Jesus

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up; that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

As Jonah was three days and three nights in the whales belly, so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Jesus gave a sign as proof of His office. He is the Messiah. He was buried Wednesday afternoon, and came from the grave Sabbath afternoon, thus fulfilling His prophecy.

Let these sayings sink down into your ears; for the Son of man is to be betrayed into the hands of men and they shall kill him, and after he is killed, he shall be raised the third day.

We will go up to Jerusalem and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man will come to pass. For the Son of man shall be betrayed. The chief priests and scribes shall condemn him to death. He shall be delivered to the Gentiles, mocked, spitefully mistreated and spit upon. They shall scourge him and crucify him and put him to death. The third day he shall rise again.

And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

But first he must suffer many things and be rejected of this generation. And as it was in the days of Noah so shall it be in the days of the Son of man. They ate, drank, married and were given in marriage until the day that Noah entered into the ark and the flood came and destroyed them all. It will also be as it was in the days of Lot. They ate, drank, bought, sold, planted, and built; but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. It shall be that same way when the Son of man is revealed. He who tries to save his life shall lose it, he who loses his life shall preserve it.
