The purpose and philosophy of The Words of Jesus Ministry is easily stated.
The Words of Jesus should be the final authority for formulating rules and developing criteria of conduct in the Christian community. See John 12:48.
The Holy Spirit has never and will never differ with the Words of Jesus. See John 14:15-26.
The Christian community needs unity. See John 17:20-23 and Matthew 23:8-12.
Accepting the precepts and utilizing the Words of Jesus offers hope of achieving that unity. Of course, using His words would bring unity with Jesus also.
